Student meet Sponsors – Sponsors meet Students
“The German Language and Culture Foundation was kicking off the New Year with its 1st “Student meet Sponsors – Sponsors meet Students” Event at the Olde Mecklenburg Brewery on January 24.
The networking was successful for everybody, especially the comingling of UNCC, CPCC, CMS and Gastonia High School Students and the sponsors of German Language and Culture Foundation. This event established the connection between college and high schools students, its teachers and professors and the German and International business community. This is very important in light of the fact, that this will help to design any training for the specific needs of the companies, including but not limited to German language and culture. All of this is very important for any education provider in order to achieve the ultimate goal for their students: ‘Education to Employment’. The event has been a suitable start for the students of establishing opportunities of developing skills and career strategies for the benefit of the international companies.
